Cennox, a British provider of ATM parts and services, has announced its acquisition of the Missoula, Mont.-based firm, The Sterling Group Inc.
Cennox is a $40 million enterprise that serves 97 customers in 14 countries. The company has enjoyed impressive growth over the past few years, the press release from Cennox said.
This latest acquisition will help Cennox establish a solid foundation within the United States, extending the company's expertise in ATM parts and services, security and branding while complementing the services provided by Sterling, according to the release.
Management of sales and operations for Sterling Bank Services will continue out of the company's Missoula office. The office will be led by Nick Cockett, who previously served Cennox as global sales and marketing director.
