U.K.-based ICC Solutions has upgraded both its contact and contactless payment brand-qualified test suites to include test card profiles and test cases compliant with U.S. common application identifier infrastructure, a company news release said.
The test suites are used by major acquirers, ISV's and merchants to perform EMV chip terminal integration tests for payment brand accreditation and acquirer certification.
Test card packs suitable for performing basic transaction confidence checks and training also have been supplemented with new contact and contactless test cards featuring U.S. common AID profiles, the release said.
According to ICC CEO Dave Maisey, upgrades and supplements to the company's ICCSimTMat terminal test tool platform and test card packs will help to facilitate efficient EMV implementation and rollout for the company's clients in the U.S. market.
