UK ISO faces boardroom coup

Yahoo! UK Ltd.: Troubled fee-charging ATM operator Scott Tod is facing more change at the top. Former chief executive Nick Tod, who was forced out in August, is trying to make his way back in. Company officials said Scott Tod has received a requisition for an EGM to remove current CEO David Massie.
