UK challenger bank taps NCR for ATM managed services

NCR Corp. will provide managed services for the ATM network of U.K. challenger bank TSB, which includes machines from NCR and other vendors.

The contract covers remote ATM monitoring, incident management and help desk support for TSB branch partners, as well as 24/7 second-line maintenance to ensure availability of the self-service channel.

NCR will manage service performance and provide reporting and deep dive analytics on all incidents and service calls, according to a press release.

The agreement with NCR is part of TSB’s move from its current platform, which it rents from Lloyds Banking Group, to a new purpose-built banking platform, Proteo4UK, which is planned for Q1 2018.
