U.K.-based ATM services provider partners with IT repair company

READING, England - Triage Services, a United Kingdom-based independent provider of repair solutions for the IT industry, has signed a strategic partnership with Transactional Services ATM, provider of managed ATM services.
According to a news release, Triage Services is now responsible for the delivery of ATM refurbishment and repair services to TS ATM's U.K. customer base, which includes building societies and High Street banks.
"Triage Services combines engineering excellence with a desire to deliver services that truly enable today's ATM deployers to extend even further the return on their investment," said Pat MacFadden, TS ATM's managing director.
Triage Services will provide services from its ATM Centre of Excellence, based at its repair center in Houghton Regis, England. With a capacity to support 2,500 repairs a month, the center contains assessment facilities to support full resilience testing of ATMs before they are sent out.
"Our goal is to provide ATM deployers and operators with new and innovative solutions that revolutionize the management and support of their ATM estates," McFadden said. "Working in partnership with Triage Service, we aim to unleash new ground-breaking services that will change the industry."
