Whether consumers prefer mobile banking, visiting the branch or using ATMs, Ziraat Bank is ensuring that its customers experience the same "look and feel" on every channel.
Ziraat, Turkey's largest bank, is partnering with Diebold Nixdorf to enable this connected consumer experience with advanced software on 7,000 of the bank's ATMs.
The software platform will allow the bank to design innovative user interfaces and introduce new functions quickly on all the ATMs in its network, a press release said.
Diebold Nixdorf also will provide remote monitoring software and IT services management for bank's ATM network.
The company said its advanced maintenance analytics will help determine whether the fault must be addressed on-site by a technician or can be rectified remotely — and more cost-effectively.
"With this project, we are building a foundation for integrating the ATM channel with the overall channel strategy of the bank," said Christian Weisser, Diebold Nixdorf senior VP and managing director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
"This will allow Ziraat Bank to create a unique customer experience that is consistent with customers' experiences on other bank touchpoints, and allow for technology and talent to be used across bank channels. The project will position Ziraat Bank to respond to the market quickly through agile implementation methods and deliver continued innovation to keep up with the behavioral changes of their customers."
As a global technology leader and innovative services provider, Diebold Nixdorf delivers the solutions that enable financial institutions to improve efficiencies, protect assets and better serve consumers.
