TRM says class action suit dismissed

PORTLAND, Ore. — TRM Corp. has announced that the consolidated-securities class-action lawsuit filed against TRM and some of its officers and directors has been dismissed.
According to a news release, the complaints, which in May and June were filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon, sought unspecified damages on alleged violations of federal-securities laws between. The suit claimed that the violations occurred between March 2006 and March 2007.
The motion to dismiss the suit granted July 23.
Earlier this month, NASDAQ removed TRM's stock listing.
