TRM delays 3Q filing
November 7, 2006
PORTLAND - TRM Corp. will delay filing of its earnings for the third quarter of fiscal year 2006, the company announced this week in a news release.
The delay is expected to help the company get its financial statements up to date. TRM says it has determined that its goodwill and certain other long-lived assets are impaired, and it is still in the process of determining the amount of that impairment.
The company will host a conference call the week of Nov. 13 to discuss its restructuring strategy.
