TRM Copy Centers responds to confusion with TRM ATM brand

November 25, 2008

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Last week, TRM Copy Centers LLC announced its acquisition of Solvport LLC, a well-known service provider in the independent ATM space. The news, in part, took the industry by surprise, because of the assumed connection between TRM Corp., the ATM ISO, and TRM Copy Centers LLC.

Today, shortly after news hit the wire about TRM Corp.'s deal with the Select-A-Branch ATM Network throughAccess to Money, a unit of TRM Corp., executives with TRM Copy Centers called to set the record straight.

"We are in no way affiliated with TRM ATM," said Solvport's Wayne Vanderkraak. "We are two entirely separate entities and in no way share any corporate relationship."

The name sharing of the two companies is a remnant of the2007 sell-offof TRM Corp.'s copier division, and has unfortunately led to some confusion in the marketplace, said TRM Copy Centers' Gary Cosmer.

The privately held TRM Copy Centers, through Solvport, plans to provide service to ATMs and copiers, and in no way wants to be perceived as showing favoritism to ATM ISO, TRM, Cosmer said.

"Solvport was purchased by Skyview Capital (LLC), which owns TRM Copy Centers LLC, and we have no affiliation with any ATM or any ATM ISO," he said.
