Travelex intros self-serve currency kiosk for currency purchases

Travelex, a foreign currency exchange company, has deployed a self-service currency kiosk at its departures store at Heathrow Terminal 2 in the U.K. With this touchscreen kiosk, customers can order foreign currency and then pick it up at a designated ATM, according to a press release.

Customers can choose from euro, Swiss franc, U.S., Canadian or Australian dollars initially. There are no cash withdrawal limits on the ATMs. Travelex deployed two kiosks and three ATMs at the store, initially. The ATMs also offer traditional services to allow customers to withdraw pounds or a small amount of foreign currency.
