"We are pleased to launch yet another first from Teximbank," said Tony Stoychev, retail banking director at Teximbank. "We operate more ATMs across Bulgaria, which are extremely popular with customers. Touchscreen ATMs are a highly efficient channel through which customers can easily carry out remote banking transactions."
"Teximbank chose Mellon Bulgaria EAD for this project not only because of the quality of our solutions, but because of our ability to deliver service according to the quality requirements of the bank — to guarantee the needed availability level, which is so critical in the self-service environment," said Panagiotis Vlachos, general manager at Mellon Bulgaria EAD.
Teximbank is one of the first post-communist private banks in Bulgaria. It was formed in 1992 by 4,000 shareholders.
