AME (United Arab Emirates) Info: C3 Card, provider of prepaid cards and money-transfer services, is providing ATM access to workers at Al Hamad Contracting Company. Employees can now withdraw pay from mobile ATM trucks located at labor sites using stored-value payroll cards.
