Thief uses stolen ATM card to buy $1,800 in smokes

The Buffalo (N.Y.) News: A Buffalo woman told police that after she left her card in an ATM, the card was used to buy about $1,800 in cigarettes. After leaving the card behind, she learned it had been used to withdraw $200 and then to purchase the cigarettes.
