December 3, 2009
Smyrna, Ga.-based The Banker's Exchange, provider of ATM parts, has announced the release of a new interactive Web portal on its Web site that's designed to provide customers with advanced tools for research, procurement and technical services. The Banker's Exchange says the ATM Parts portal will provide new information to the industry about trends, parts and repair.
Christian Ranke, president and chief executive of The Banker's Exchange, says the portal will serve as a guide and general information source:
We have empowered our partners by providing a machine-to-parts to break-down parts cross-reference, and real-time, on-hand information. Our current users are thrilled with performance levels and have reported significant savings in both time and operating costs.
The portal includes information about NCR, Diebold, Wincor Nixdorf, Triton and other ATM models. The portal was designed to increase efficiency by providing companies with complete access to the most detailed level of parts information, as well as the tools to use it.
