Texas legislature may lift ATM cap at racetrack

(Austin, Texas) KXAN-TV, Channel 36: Texas' racing industry is hurting — attendance and betting are down.Now the Texas Sunshine Commission is recommending that the limit of $200 on ATM withdrawals at the Manor Downs racetrack be lifted, and some believe there's a good chance the state legislature may agree.
