TestLink acquires Airis ATM Technologies

TestLink Ltd., a U.K.-based company specializing in ATM refurbishment and manufacturing, has announced the acquisition of the ATM product and service solution provider Airis ATM Technologies, based in Cincinnati.

The acquisition provides the company with a firm technical base combined with an NCR and Diebold parts inventory, according to the news release, and will now employ more than 120 people across Europe and the U.S.

"Customer service and relationships is key to our current and future success," said Greg Hughes, managing director for TestLink. "We will always go the extra mile to deliver great service as we recognize our business is not about processing individual transactions but helping our customers deliver great service to their customers."
