Moldova.org: A Telford, England, woman said her 16-year-old son ended up in debt after an ATM fluke indicated he had $4 million in his bank account.Joanne Bowen said her son, William, checked his account balance at a Lloyds TSB branch and saw the $4 million sum, immediately prompting him to go on a spending spree, purchasing new clothes and an iPod.
