TD Banknorth, NYCE extend PIN/debit contract

SECAUCUS, N.J. - NYCE on Nov. 9 announced a long-term contract renewal with Portland, Maine-based TD Banknorth, extending its role as the bank's sole provider for PIN-based point-of-sale debit card access. TD Banknorth also will use NYCE as its primary network for ATM card access.
Metavante will continue to drive and monitor ATMs, providing card-personalization services and processing debit and prepaid debit-card transactions for TD Banknorth.
