Space City CU, Flite partner on integrated ATM services

Houston-based Space City Credit Union has entered an agreement with Flite Banking Centers LLC under which the IAD will provide turnkey management services for Space City ATMs. Additionally, SCCU has joined Flite's Nectar network, giving members fee-free access to selected drive-up and walk-up Nectar-branded ATMs.

Chartered in 1965, Space City CU holds $60 million in assets and serves 8,400 members from 100 companies in the Houston area. Services provided by Flite for the existing Space City fleet of 13 ATMs will include processing, cash management, maintenance, monitoring, and ATM marketing services.

"[Flite] offered a flexible, cost effective opportunity for turnkey ATM management that we couldn't resist," SCCU CEO Craig Rohden said. "We have been looking to expand our ATM network here in Houston so we decided to join their Nectar ATM network, as well. They made everything simple, and we were able to select the specific ATM locations we wanted to participate in."
