Solvport unveils online ATM-customer-service portal

PORTLAND, Ore. — Solvport has announced the release of an online customer service Web-portal for its ATM customers.
 
According to a news release, Solview allows Solvport ATM customers to check the status of all of their ATM-service tickets and communicate with a dispatcher online. Customers can open service and installation requests electronically, track field technician ETAs and view summaries of service events.  
 
"It is exciting for us to offer this new service to our customers," said Wayne Vandekraak, Solvport's president and chief executive. "Our goal is to more adequately assist our customers and give them the tools necessary to service their ATMs as efficiently as possible."
 
The next phase of Solview is scheduled for roll out by the end of 2008's first quarter. The second phase will allow field technicians to make updates while service is being performed onsite. Customers will also be able to review invoices online, receive photos of their ATMs, upload scanned paperwork and search for historical information on each account.
