Solvport launches third version of Solview

Solvport announced earlier this week the release of Solview 3.0.

The software enables customers of the Portland, Ore.-based ATM and kiosk services provider to chat online in real time with Solvport dispatchers about ATM problems.

In addition, Solvport customers can attach instructions and other informational paperwork to service/installation calls when they open the software to request help. Solvport provides field- and help-desk support to more than 120,000 locations nationwide. The support includes monitoring and project management.

Solview, which was launched three years ago, continues to evolve based on customers’ needs, the company said.

“Over the past three years, we have continued to work closely with our customers to add features they need to manage their businesses,” said Wayne Vanderkraak, Solvport executive vice president of business development.
