Sargent and Greenleaf Inc., a subsidiary of Stanley Security and a manufacturer of locks and locking systems for safes and vaults, has announced the appointment of Keith Deaton as chief operating officer.
As COO, Deaton will provide strategic leadership and day-to-day operational management for S&G, a company press release said.
Deaton joined the Stanley Security finance team in 2010, and most recently served as chief financial officer and interim CFO at S&G (Canada).
Deaton has worked in the security industry since 2005. He is a graduate of Murray State University and the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, where he received an MBA in finance and operations management.

"His extensive industry knowledge will help to further S&G's longstanding reputation as a trustworthy and dependable manufacturer of high-security products."
