Retail-BCG announces next-gen revamp to ATM, device management solution

Retail-BCG has launched its next-generation ATM and device management solution. According to a press release, the solution will help users to drive efficiencies, align with digitalization and transform cost paradigms.

Retail-BCG next-gen ATM and device management now offers clients:

• Management systems with built-in AI and machine learning.
• Cloud-based data solutions that enable business management via data analytics.
• Dashboards that enable customized client interaction.
• API connectivity for data and new services.
• Full support for open banking.

"The system drives efficiencies, which pushes costs down by over 70 percent while extending services, as ATM functionality moves to full services aligned with digitalization," Retail-BCG CEO Andrew Martin said in the release.
