Philippine province proposes two-card limit at ATM

Cebu Daily News: A proposal to limit ATM cardholders to no more than two cards per ATM transaction in the Philippine town of Cebu City is being pushed at the City Council.The proposed ordinance is expected to improve queuing at ATM cardholders in the city.
