Philippine ISO wants to provide outsourcing services

Philippine Star: EnCash, an independent ATM operator and a member of Megalink network, wants to provide outsourcing services to thrift banks and rural banks in the Philipines.EnCash chief executive Eric Severino said his company has the facilities and expertise to run an ATM network for any bank.EnCash is awaiting the approval of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas to operate two ATMs for the Development Bank of the Philippines.
