Pendum brings in new management, realigns executives at the top

DENVER — Pendum LLC says it has realigned its management team designed to drive growth and better service for Pendum's financial institution clients.
According to a news release, among the management shifts are the movement of Tom Szczepanski to executive vice president of operations. Szczepanski is now charged with overseeing the phased integration and ongoing management of Pendum's field service and armored operations, which are being combined to deliver a more seamless customer experience.
Szczepanski, who previously led Pendum's armored division, has more than 18 years of experience serving FIs in the armored car industry. Before joining Pendum in 2000, he spent 10 years with Brink's, departing as a senior manager in charge of armored operations and sales in the Northeast region. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Central Michigan University. David McCrary, the new senior vice president of business development, joined Pendum in 2006. He has nearly 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, in fields including technology, branch retail delivery, electronic banking and ATM business development. He has held senior positions at Bank of America and, most recently, eFunds Corp. New to Pendum are Brad Browder, who has been named executive vice president of armored operations; Jay Kirksey, the new senior vice president of human resources; Catherine Margheim, the new vice president of finance; Mark Moran, the new vice president of operations; and Doug Myers, the new vice president of risk management and safety.
Browder joins Pendum from Diebold, where he worked for 15 years. Kirksey, who has more than 20 years of experience in human resources and operations management, comes to Pendum after founding and managing HR Leadership Services, an independent HR consulting firm. Margheim, who previously was the vice president and controller at Re/Max International, has more than 20 years of global finance and accounting experience. Moran comes to Pendum after leading customer-experience initiatives at Avaya, a global provider of communications systems. And Myers, who has more than 15 years of experience in the fields of insurance claims, loss control and risk management, comes to Pendum with a diverse background that includes work in the hospitality and child-care industries.
