Pemco Technologies automates network testing with Lexcel TestSystem Network

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — Pemco Technologies, a payment solutions provider, has implemented Lexcel Solutions Inc.'s TestSystem Network.
According to a news release, the implementation includes support of multiple formats and integrated use of Lexcel's test scheduler and test-case-management utilities. Lexcel is an end-to-end software solution for network pre-certification and validation.
The solution is designed to increase user productivity with automated unattended test scheduling and transaction analysis, allowing Pemco to test more frequently and focus on in-depth analysis instead of manual testing. These testing processes can improve functionality and speed to market for new products.
The challenge for Pemco prior to implementing the Lexcel TestSystem Network was to ensure a proper testing infrastructure for its migration to a new C++ authorization host. The payment-solutions provider required a common user interface, testing automation and an end-to-end solution for thorough validation of both authorization and settlement functionality.
The Lexcel TestSystem Network eliminates reliance on manual testing. Streamlining this process has resulted in faster more accurate testing procedures generating fewer faults in application code while increasing network uptime. The solution also aids Pemco in its efforts to comply with card-association mandates and PCI guidelines within its test environment.
