January 22, 2014

Custom Vault Corp. division BranchServ, a provider of security equipment and service for FIs, has announced a vendor alliance with Nautilus Hyosung that will extend the company's product and service capabilities to include ATMs and cash recyclers, creating a "new branch solution."

According to a news release from the company, BranchServ will be equipped to transform bank branches via technology. The company debuted its entry into the cash automation market last week at BankWorld 2014.

"Banks and credit unions are dealing with a lot of push and pull," said Thomas Brennan, president and CEO of BranchServ. "They are under increased financial pressure but are also compelled to engage customers via convenience and technological innovation. We are providing them with a true solution that will allow them to reduce costs at the teller line and shift their emphasis to higher margin financial products ... "

According to Dave Pepin, VP of sales, "Extending into cash automation products establishes BranchServ as a complete resource for the banks and credit unions it serves nationwide."

BranchServ, a division of Custom Vault Corp., provides physical and electronic security equipment and service solutions to more than 8,700 bank branches and credit unions nationwide, including three of the 10 largest branch banking networks in the United States, the release said.
