Paragon signs ATM testing deal with Centroamérica S.A.

November 28, 2007

HOLLY SPRINGS, N.C. -Paragon Application Systemshas announced the licensing of its ATMulator software to CLAI de Centroamérica S.A., a software developer in Central America.

According to a news release, CLAI will use Paragon's ATM simulation and testing tool, ATMulator, to conduct comprehensive-unit and regression testing for its AUTORIZA400 software.
CLAI's AUTORIZA400 offers financial institutions a complete system for ATM driving, EFT and card management. CLAI is using ATMulator to test the downloads they create with AUTORIZA400, to generate specific alarms and ATM conditions that are difficult to obtain from real ATMs, and to test new functions in their software.

"Because ATMulator runs step-by-step through transactions, we can introduce changes in our system at the same time that we run ATMulator," said Luis Fernando Carmona, general manager of CLAI."
