PAI, NSGA collaborate on EMV payments switch solution

PAI will provide an EMV switch solution for members of the National Sporting Goods Association.

Payments processor and independent ATM deployer Payment Alliance International and the National Sporting Goods Association have teamed to provide an affordably priced EMV switch solution for NSGA members, according to a press release.

In addition to special pricing on EMV ready equipment, NSGA and PAI have entered into an agreement to provide NSGA members competitive transaction processing fees, the partners said.

"PAI shares NSGA's mission to constantly seek simple ways to grow a retailer's business, increase revenue and surpass its customer's expectations," said PAI Vice President Krista Lowery. "Through our relationship with NSGA, members can now help protect themselves against fraudulent chip card transactions by using EMV-ready equipment and software, which ultimately provides a safer and more secure payment option for cardholders."
