Ontario-based company deploys Trusted Security's ATM key-management system

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Trusted Security Solutions Inc., provider of ATM key management solutions, has signed Ontario-based Threshold Financial Technologies Inc. on as a user of the A98 ATM Key Management System.

According to a news release, the A98 system enhances ATM security and guarantees compliance with standards from networks such as Interac, VISA and MasterCard. A98 provides a patented approach for establishing a unique initial key in all ATMs throughout Threshold's network. A98 is a tool for Threshold to not only gain full compliance, but also to reduce logistical demands and costs associated with traditional key management methods.

Threshold owns and operates its own ATM network and also provides outsourced and fully managed ATM solutions to financial institutions and major retailers across Canada.
