Omnichannel ATM monitoring survey extended to Friday

The brief questionnaire is designed to highlight special needs in ATM monitoring technology for omnichannel environments — and the added value such technology could provide.

How should ATM monitoring work within an omnichannel banking platform? What must monitoring technology do differently? What opportunities might it offer to improve the customer experience? 

If your FI has implemented (or is thinking about implementing) an omnichannel strategy, ATM Marketplace wants to hear from you. We are currently conducting a survey of financial industry members worldwide in an effort to understand their views on ATM monitoring technologies for use with omnichannel banking platforms.

Specifically, the survey is looking to determine how deployers use their existing ATM monitoring platform (if any), as well as where, when and how they might integrate ATM monitoring technology into an omnichannel environment, and what capabilities they might expect of such a product.

The anonymous survey has been extended to Friday, July 24; it's open to all financial institutions and can be completed within less than 10 minutes.
