Euronet Pakistan and NIB Bank Ltd. have signed an agreement under which Euronet will provide outsourced services for the bank's MasterCard and Visa EMV debit and prepaid card programs. The Euronet Worldwide Inc. subsidiary will provide hosting and management for the card products, along with gateway services.
Karachi-based NIB Bank is the largest foreign bank in Pakistan in terms of branch networks, as well as one of the largest corporate entities in the nation. The bank operates 179 branches in 59 Pakistani cities, serving nearly half a million customers.
