New CSI service helps take the complexity out of compliance

In an effort to offer financial institutions a simplified approach to the compliance process, Computer Services Inc., a provider of end-to-end technology solutions for FIs and businesses, has introduced ComplianceNet. The new service provides access to a dedicated help desk whose professional staff can address and resolve questions about regulatory compliance issues.

The email-based application serves as an extension of an FI's existing internal compliance team. The application automatically routes user-submitted questions to the compliance team and returns an email response from a CSI compliance expert within 24 business hours.

Institutions can also submit advertising materials and drafted policies to the team for review and feedback. 

Additional features include access to the following:

• updates and advice on pressing compliance issues;
• educational webinars; and
• monthly reporting on the institution's cases and its solutions history.
