Network International signs deal with Islamic bank

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates —Network International, the United Arab Emirates' largest payment-service provider of credit and debit cards, will be handling the majority of the transaction processing, including debit-card management, ATM switching, and integrated credit-card management, for Al Hilal Bank. Network says it also will handle fraud monitoring, dispute handling and card personalization for the bank.This deal marks Network's first in Islamic banking.
