NCR scores hat trick with 3rd trip to top 10 list of global outsourcers

NCR Corp. has announced its third consecutive top 10 ranking on the annual International Association of Outsourcing Professionals Global Outsourcing 100 list. IAOP is the global, standard-setting organization and advocate for the outsourcing profession.

To secure its spot on the list, NCR was required to demonstrate excellence in evaluation categories such as global presence, customer references, company recognitions and certifications and executive leadership. Rankings were based on applications received and were evaluated by an independent judging panel organized by IAOP.

"[A]s the outsourcing industry continues to grow and mature in many markets, competition is tougher," said Jag Dalal, chief advisor of thought leadership for IAOP and chairman of the judging panel. "Being named to The Global Outsourcing 100 and The World's Best Outsourcing Advisors is a great achievement, particularly given the strong competition, and we are proud to recognize NCR for their excellence."

NCR's performance on the Global Outsourcing 100 highlights the company's focus on delivering "next-in-class" customer service, said Peter Dorsman, NCR executive vice president and chief quality officer.
