Nationwide Money Services signs 3-year ATM deal with national grocery chain

August 17, 2009

Global Axcess Corp., dba Nationwide Money Services, has signed a three-year ATM contract with a 400-location national grocery chain. The deal, valued at more than $750,000 per year, includes the placement, maintenance and transaction processing of 51 ATMs.

George McQuain, GAXC's chief executive, said in a news release that the outsourced deal is expected to improve efficiency for the retail chain:

Our new client was looking for a provider that delivers high-quality service, provides strong technical support and is responsive, flexible and a financially stable industry leader. Through the RFP process, they recognized that we possess all of these characteristics.

The company says it expects to begin delivering the ATMs to the chain's retail outlets in September, with full installation completed by October.
