IRVING, Texas - Money Centers of America Inc., a leading provider of cash access services to the gamining industry, and Genpass Inc., manager of the MoneyPass EFT Network - the nation's fastest-growing surcharge-free network and the second largest ATM driver in the United States - have announced an expansion of Money Centers' processing commitment to Genpass, according to a news release.
The new agreement provides Money Centers with ATM driving and monitoring; transaction switching and settlement; dedicated support for installations and conversions; and up to $40 million in vault cash to meet the ATM needs of its growing business.
"Genpass is the ideal ATM processing partner for Money Centers," said Chris Wolfington, president of Pennsylvania-based Money Centers. "Genpass is a one-stop shop for ATM services that also allows Money Centers to customize our proprietary transaction management system to fit individual opportunities in a changing business environment."
Bipin Shah, chairman and chief executive officer of Genpass, said Money Centers' innovation has set it apart and aided in its rapid growth in the cash-access business.
"They operate in an industry that is among the most demanding about service quality, reliability and speed of response," Shah said. "Their selection of Genpass as their processor is a powerful endorsement of our technology and our commitment to quality."
