MOSS POINT, Miss. – Working with NCR Corp., Singing River Federal Credit Union is slated to be the first financial institution in Mississippi to offer ATMs with image-based check and bulk-note cash acceptance.
During a grand reopening ceremony held Aug. 18, SRFCU officials revealed their plans to install new NCR Personas M Series ATMs with "No-Envelope" Deposit functionality. The new ATMs will also be equipped with NCR's ImageMark ATM Deposit Validation technology with ImageMark Passport and ImageMark NCompass software, which was designed for capturing and utilizing digital check images throughout the check processing system.
The cutting-edge technology increases speed and enhances the efficiency of check and remittance processing. NCR also will provide SRFCU with maintenance service and additional professional and installation services for the next thee years.
