Metavante, TD Banknorth signs contract renewal

MILWAUKEE - Metavante Corp. announced on Nov. 27 that it has signed a long-term contract renewal agreement with TD Banknorth to continue to drive and monitor its more than 750 ATMs. The agreement also includes card personalization services and debit and prepaid card transaction-processing.
In addition, TD Banknorth, N.A., a subsidiary of TD Banknorth Inc., has named Metavante as its preferred financial services technology vendor.
