MasterCard makes global, domestic organizational changes

Datamonitor:As part of organizational changes, MasterCard says it will combine global customer accounts in regions where the accounts are based, and integrate all products and solutions activities in each region to focus delivery on regional objectives. Global accounts will be managed by the hosting region, with dedicated account resources around the world. In the United States, MasterCard has established an expanded business unit that encompasses its U.S. global accounts along with its U.S. region. This newly defined business unit called "U.S. markets" will be led by Chris McWilton. Global products will comprise two new teams, core products and innovative platforms. Management of Worldwide marketing and communications and MasterCard Advisors will not change.
