Lawmaker revives move to regulate ATM fees

INQ7: A Filipino congressman has asked the Filipino House of Representatives to look into "extraneously high" ATM transactions charged to depositors without their consent and knowledge. Casino said some banks charge more than 20 pesos (U.S. 38 cents) per ATM transaction "without proper and ample consultation with depositors."
