KeyBank replaces older ATMs with Diebold Optevas

NORTH CANTON, Ohio — Diebold Inc. has announced plans with KeyBank, an Ohio-based financial institution, to replace the bank's older ATMs with Diebold Opteva terminals.
According to a news release, Diebold also is supplying advanced functionality through its Agilis ATM software. Thesoftware, which provides personalized screen content and messages, will allow KeyBank to troubleshoot and access specific ATMs from a central location, as well as offer faster resolution of specific ATM-transaction inquiries.
As KeyBank's long-time partner, Diebold is providing a total turnkey solution that enables the KeyBank to increase functionality and decrease costs, Diebold says.
KeyBank's new machines are representative of a range of Opteva models, from the Opteva 500-series stand-alone lobby ATM and interior walk-up cash dispensers to the 700-series advanced-function interior and exterior models.
