KeyBank, Diebold Nixdorf expand digital transformation partnership

Diebold Nixdorf Inc. has announced a continued collaboration with KeyBank NA to digitally transform more than 1,400 ATMs in the bank's network.
A longtime KeyBank partner, Diebold Nixdorf will refresh the bank's ATM and transaction automation software with integrated solutions in the DN Vynamic portfolio that will help to address compliance and migrate more transactions to self-service, according to a press release.
The integrated solution includes:
- Vynamic View — Provides operational support for the ATM fleet, including availability monitoring, incident reporting, security monitoring and business intelligence.
- Vynamic Transaction Automation — Lets consumers conduct new and more advanced ATM transactions by connecting to the KeyBank core system.
- Vista terminal application software — Expands options and accessibility for consumers when withdrawing cash by deploying denomination selection and e-receipts.
- Vynamic Marketing — Personalizes experiences at the ATM, including targeted, one-to-one messaging.
