Jersey cop caught in ATM-related scam

The Press of Atlantic City (N.J.):Mount Laurel, N.J., police officer Scott S. Kueny was found guilty of fraudulent use of a credit card and official misconduct. The 12-year veteran of the Mount Laurel Police Department was found guilty Friday of using an ATM card he found left in the machine to withdraw $100 from an Ocean City bank. Kueny reportedly then withdrew $320 from his own account and finished his vacation without reporting the incident to the bank or police.
