IT leader to talk customer experience during keynote at Foreword Financial

ISLANDIA, N.Y. - CA Inc. President and Chief Executive John Swainson will deliver the keynote Sept. 5 during the Foreword Financial Expo in Chicago.
During his address, "The Customer Experience: A Powerful Competitive Edge," Swainson expects to discuss how financial-services firms can better serve customers by transforming their IT environments. Swainson also will describe a strategy for achieving this transformation efficiently, without replacing legacy systems built up over decades.
On Friday, Sept. 7, David Decamp, vice president of financial-services solution architecture for CA, will host a breakfast session that will address the challenges of security and methods to maintain the highest levels of security and customer experience in the process.
