The Economic Times:ICICI Bank of India has decided to farm out its POS terminals first, and has delayed separating its ATM network, at least for the time being. A deal finalizing the sale of the bank's POS terminals, which are used for swiping credit and debit cards for payments, is expected to be concluded in April. Visa, FSS, Total Systems Services, First Data Corp., Blackstone-CMS joint venture and Venture Infotek have all expressed interest in the network, along with a few private-equity investors.
