Indiana's unemployed to receive debit cards

The (Louisville, Ky.) Courier-Journal: State officials in Indiana say they're ready to roll out debit cards that will replace weekly checks mailed to thousands of state residents who draw unemployment. The Visa-branded cards are expected to be sent to about 20 percent of the more than 35,000 Indiana residents who collect unemployment.
