HTx Holdings LLC, parent company of ATM maintenance provider HTx Services, has acquired Circuitech Inc., a provider of repair services for ATMs and cash dispensers used in self-checkout and bank settings.
According to a press release, the acquisition of Circuitech enhances the position of HTx in the North American market with an expanded support offering and additional market segments, including the gaming industry.
Circuitech will continue to operate independently under the HTx Holdings family of companies. Randy Fogle, the company's current vice president of operations and a longtime employee, will become Chief Operating Officer.
"Circuitech has long provided quality service and parts repairs for the ATM and other cash handling devices" said Nancy Daniels, board chair of HTx Services and a managing partner of HTx Holdings LLC. "We are excited to bring the experience and expertise of this company into the HTx family."
