GRG talks cash cycle solutions at 8th annual Global Customer Exchange

The subject was streamlining the cash cycle as GRGBanking hosted its 8th Global Customer Exchange Sept. 23–25 in Guangzhou.

More than 140 guests attended the 8th annual event.

GCE serves two purposes: to strengthen the relationships between GRG, its customers and its partners; and to provide a forum for discussion of top issues and solutions.

This year, more than 140 guests — representing FIs, CIT, retailers, and cash management providers — travelled from more than 40 countries to attend the event.

Seminar presentations addressed topics that included: 

Managing director Mark Yip kicks off GCE.

• key insights for improving banking channel performance;
• payment challenges and solutions in Africa;
• the ATM market in transition in the United States; and
• ATM security trends and visions.

GRGBanking solutions were also showcased at the exchange, including cash recycling, retail cash collection,  a video teller machine, and automation for cash sorting and cash centers.
